Meetings Schedule

An Assembly of La Communauté de la Vingtaine de la Ville de St Hélier will be held at 6 Hill Street, St Helier on Wednesday 30th May 2007 at 12.30 pm to consider the following business:-

 
  1. To approve the minutes of the previous Assembly.
  2. Matters arising from the previous minutes.
  3. To receive and adopt the Procureurs' Accounts.
  4. To receive and adopt the Procureurs' Report.
  5. To consider suggestions for commemorative plaques.
  6. To consider the impact on the Vingtaine of the EDAW plan for St Helier.
  7. To consider a request from Carlton Hotel Limited to pass a deed of arrangement clarifying the eastern boundary of Allix's Shipyard and if thought fit to authorise the Procureurs to negotiate and pass the deed.
  8. Any other business.
